PUBLIC OUT OF SEASON TRUFFLE FARM TOUR

Our farm harvests both summer and winter black truffles, giving us a harvest season spanning 10 months of the year, from December to September. October and November are our Out of Season months.

During this experience, guests visit our truffle plantation, meet our truffle dogs and watch a demonstration of their truffle hunting skills using decoys. Guests will learn how truffles are grown and harvested and discover more about life on a working truffle farm.

Following the demonstration, enjoy our gourmet three-cheese truffle toastie featuring premium black winter truffle frozen at peak maturity, with a glass of Tasmanian wine or beer or a non-alcoholic beverage. Finish with our decadent truffle ice cream and a tasting of our gourmet truffle products.

During our Out of Season experience, there is no fresh truffle harvest. You can learn more about truffle expectations on tour here.

Please note:

Adult pricing applies to guests aged 13 years and over. Child pricing applies to children aged 4 to 12 years. Children aged 3 years and under are free of charge. More information about children on tour is available in our FAQs.

The Truffle Farm is an active working farm. Our team includes several tour guides, truffle dogs and handlers. Team members are allocated according to farm operations and availability, so a particular guide, dog or handler cannot be guaranteed for any tour.

All scheduled tours are offered in good faith with the expectation they will proceed as planned. Occasionally, tour dates or times may need to change due to unforeseen operational requirements.
