It is available Wednesday-Saturday from 12pm. Minimum booking of 2 people. Dietaries can be accommodated for; notice is required at time of booking.

Served with 2024 Semillon, 2025 Fiano, and 2023 Fume Blanc.
- Sydney rock oysters with Hungerford Hill Verjuice, apple and Finger lime.
- Warm house made sourdough with whipped miso and kingfish butter and avruga caviar.
Served with 2024 Tempranillo, 2022 Malbec, 2023 Shiraz.
- Pan roasted Redgate Farm duck, beetroot, fried chickpea, duck jus.
- With a side of Rosemary salted fires and local leaf garden salad.
