This relaxed pace and engaging tour guided by a passionate Brisbane local explores both well-known highlights and lesser-known local gems across the city and nearby precincts. With plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos and soak up the atmosphere, it’s the perfect experience for visitors, locals, art lovers and curious explorers alike.

 

This tour is at a leisurely walking pace, but participants should have a reasonable level of physical fitness to manage the 2 hour, 4.5 km route, which includes a few stairs. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring a hat, and carry water to stay comfortable throughout the walk.


PLEASE NOTE: The tour finishes at a different location from where it begins. We start our journey in King George Square in the heart of Brisbane and conclude at South Bank. Throughout the tour, your guide will happily share local recommendations for things to see and do, hidden gems, and some of Brisbane’s favourite cafés, restaurants, and bars. At the conclusion of the walk, your guide can also suggest activities, dining options, Art Galleries and provide easy directions for returning to the city centre.
