Yarra Valley Flight Details

  • Public group flight

  • Minimum age 6 years, proof of age may be required

  • Passengers responsibility to contact pilot the evening before flight to receive the exact meeting time

Booking Information

  • Select your flight date from the online calendar

  • Add Champagne Breakfast at the time of booking

  • Receive a Flight Itinerary Confirmation via email when payment is complete

  • Follow all check-in instructions to receive final meeting time & any additonal information

Important Policies 

  • If your flight is postponed by the pilot, you receive a Rebooking Link to allow you to reschedule & fly on another day

  • Refundable if unable to reschedule - T&C's apply

  • Refund request must be received within 14 days of original postponed date

  • Alternatively, valid for 12 months,reschedule and fly another day

  • Agent rates valid to book and fly any day

  • Booking valid for 12 months from original flight date

  • Not permitted for pregnant persons 

  • No changes or passenger self cancellations accepted within 7 days of a confirmed flight date
