Cruise Cleveland Bay and Magnetic Island’s tropical bays on an active half-day adventure. Enjoy up to two snorkelling stops in locations selected for the day’s conditions, with equipment provided. Join an optional guided island walk, look for koalas and other wildlife, or enjoy paddleboards and beach activities when conditions allow.

Take in rocky headlands, secluded bays and island scenery from the boat. A lunch stop is part of the itinerary; lunch can be purchased as an optional extra at checkout. Wildlife sightings, a full island circuit, particular walking locations and the number of snorkelling stops cannot be guaranteed.

Departure and meeting points

• Townsville: The Docks, 108 Flinders Street, Townsville City. Check in at 8:00am for 8:30am departure (30 minutes before).
• Magnetic Island: Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal. Check in at 8:45am for 9:00am pickup (15 minutes before).
• Tour durations exclude check-in. Follow the departure details on your booking confirmation.

Before you book

This is an adventure-style boat tour. Open-water conditions may be lively, choppy and wet. Guests should be comfortable in and around the water, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Infants under 6 months cannot travel; this tour is not recommended for babies under 12 months. Tell the team about medical conditions or concerns before booking. Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and drinking water. Routes, stops, activities and timing may change for weather, sea conditions and safety.
