Travel in luxury as we introduce you to the charming village of Hahndorf, a premium Adelaide Hills cellar door and the iconic Adelaide Central Market, finishing with a sweet visit to Haigh's Chocolates.

Itinerary

9:00 am – Pickup (Timings can be pushed out by one hour for a 10:00 am pickup)

We'll collect you from your Adelaide CBD accommodation or another pre-arranged location before travelling through the scenic Adelaide Hills.

9:45 am – Beerenberg Farm

Visit Beerenberg Farm to sample their famous range of jams, sauces and condiments, browse the farm shop and enjoy one of South Australia's most loved family-owned attractions.

10:45 am – Hahndorf & Lunch

Explore Australia's oldest surviving German settlement, wandering its picturesque main street lined with artisan boutiques, specialty stores, bakeries and galleries.

Relax over lunch at one of Hahndorf's many cafés or traditional pubs while soaking up the village atmosphere.

12:45 pm – Adelaide Hills Cellar Door

Continue through the rolling Adelaide Hills to your choice of The Lane Vineyard, Nepenthe or Sidewood Estate for a premium wine tasting overlooking spectacular vineyard landscapes.

2:30 pm – Return to Adelaide

Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive back towards Adelaide through the picturesque Adelaide Hills.

3:30 pm – Adelaide Central Market & Haigh's Chocolates*

Discover one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere. Wander through the vibrant market stalls showcasing fresh local produce, artisan cheeses, gourmet foods and South Australian specialties before finishing with a visit to the iconic Haigh's Chocolates, proudly crafting premium chocolates since 1915.

As the oldest food retail market in its original location in Australia, the Adelaide Central Market has been delighting customers for over 150 years, maintaining its reputation as the go-to destination for multicultural cuisine, fresh produce and unique artisanal goods.

As one of South Australia's iconic businesses, Haigh's has been delighting locals and visitors alike with their premium chocolates since 1915. You'll get to experience why their famous milk chocolate freckles are so legendary!

Adelaide Central Market Walking Tour (Optional)

Guided walking tours of the Adelaide Central Market are available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings at 9:30 am. If you would like to include this experience, please choose this option when booking and we can adjust your itinerary to suit.

Please Note: The Adelaide Central Market is closed on Sundays and Mondays. On these days, we can substitute the market visit with an additional Adelaide Hills cellar door, a visit to the Adelaide Botanic Garden, Himeji Garden, a coastal drive or another experience tailored to your interests.

5:00 pm – Return to Adelaide

Relax as we return you to your Adelaide CBD accommodation after a day filled with exceptional food, wine and South Australian hospitality.
